VisionEvents created a large-scale set design to suit the three event requirements. Using our 2.9mm pitch LED screen, we were able to quickly transform the set each day to suit different branding and content. A tiered bespoke stage design allowed areas for presentations as well as panel sessions.

In the catering and exhibition area we flew a large LED screen box structure to display event content, branding and relay of live camera from the main session. At the entrance to the venue we incorporated a large LED structure to welcome delegates to the event. These welcome messages were relayed in multiple languages.
Our team also created a bespoke registration and cloakroom area along with help and information desks. Technology was provided for the tech zone and registration app, as well as within the breakout zones.
A highly complex event, our production team of 25 took it all in their stride producing three exceptional world class events in one week.
