We haven’t been in business for 30 years without knowing a thing or two! Since our humble beginnings, we have built-up robust and internal systems; from assigning our equipment stocks and crew to each event to completing all necessary health and safety and risk paperwork to ensuring our insurance levels are the best on the market.
Our diverse team have been in the industry all their careers; working from the grass-roots up, so you know that our advice and knowledge are first-class. This depth of experience has lead to our excellent reputation and will give you peace of mind that we are the right team for your event.
You will be assigned one of our seven dedicated Project Managers who will see your event through from concept to reality. They are supported by our expert logistics and event management team who keep the wheels turning, and along with our Creative team, ensures that everything is prepared.
Unique to visionevents is our on-site production crew who operate during our live events. Mostly full time team members and trained to our high standards, they each have their specialised area with lighting, sound, graphics or cameras, coming together to create something really incredible.

We have an in-house, top of the range HP DesignJet printer capable of printing up to 2400 x 1200 dots per inch, using a combination of 8 pigment inks and on media a meter wide and up to 45 meters long. This can produce some seriously good looking print work!
Also in our arsenal is a high-speed vinyl cutter which can be used to create amazingly detailed vinyl cut-outs which are great for extra branding opportunities. Our self-adhesive vinyls are incredibly versatile – they can be applied to most surfaces and removed leaving no residue. They can be sourced in almost any colour and finish you can think of so just ask and we’ll get it for you.
We know that brand exposure and highlighting key sponsors and supporters is essential to any event, by using our in-house capabilities – and our list of trusted external printers for those larger projects – we will be able to create the look and feel that you are after.

The backbone of visionevents; our logistics team ensures our equipment and team are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
With offices and warehouses in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and London, our team are experts in overseeing logistics for all of our events. Our vast stock of equipment is looked after in our main warehouses and is constantly being updated, tested and prepped prior to going on your events.
Health and safety is important to us so our team carry out regular training and all relevant paperwork is completed for your event.
We have a fleet of 28 vans and trucks to transport our equipment and crew to various locations around the UK and Europe.
